This groundbreaking invention quickly went beyond military use and was secretly distributed as an illegal device, used as a narcotic to achieve the ultimate pleasure. People called this illegal Eta, « Eta. » A-Jin and Hyeon used Eta as a means of salvation. Hyeon, believing A-Jin had abandoned him, ran away, and when he was caught, he used Eta to humiliate him to his heart’s content.
